LEIGH rugby league player Chris Percival is out for the rest of the season after breaking his leg and his ankle in a game.
Now that's what I call an injury. It is a far cry from the little metatarsal injuries that have caused so much fuss in football after sidelining England's David Beckham, Gary Neville and, more recently, Wayne Rooney and Steven Gerrard for lengthy periods.
But then rugby league is a man's game with man's injuries, while in football the world stops when a player breaks a little bone in his foot.
Then again, there are some footballers who might strain their backs lifting their wallets.
