Hyde United 3 Radcliffe 0: RADCLIFFE were given a lesson in finishing as Unibond Premier Division title hopefuls Hyde hit three second-half goals at Ewen Fields Monday night.
Borough missed a host of first-half chances before Andy Heald hit the post just after the break.
Hyde went ahead in the 51st minute when John Gaynor's drive squirmed through keeper Danny Hurst's grasp.
Matty McNeil added two further goals to round off the win.
Mark Jones' 36th-minute equaliser gave Atherton Collieries a 1-1 draw at home to Colne in the North West Counties League First Division last night. Neighbours Atherton LR travel to Squires Gate On Tuesday (7.45pm).
