MORE households will be given the chance to recycle after Bolton was included in £5 million scheme to help the environment.
The Greater Manchester Waste Authority will use the money to extend kerbside collection schemes for glass, paper, metal and plastic and to create new household waste recycling centres. The investment will be backed by a £10 million advertising campaign by Defra urging people to start recycling.
