Stockport 3 Bury 1 by Neil Goulding: BURY boss Graham Barrow admitted he was "past being angry'' after the Shakers were dumped out of the LDV Vans Trophy on Tuesday night.
The Shakers had Chris Porter and Paul Scott sent off, while Barrow was banished to the stand by Blackpool referee Mark Cowburn.
Jon Daly gave Stockport the lead, but Scott equalised, before extra time goals from substitutes Stuart Barlow and Adam Le Fondre decided the game.
Barrow said: "I'm shocked at what's happened. Chris Porter has been sent off for handball but he is as honest as the day is long.
"Paul Scott is guilty (for swearing at the referee), but I didn't say a word to the referee.
"I'm past the stage of being angry. When you are sitting in the stand and opposing fans come up to you saying 'you didn't deserve that', it speaks volumes."
Stockport went ahead after 15 minutes, when goalkeeper Glyn Garner failed to hold Danny Jackman's low shot and Daly tapped in from close range. Scott equalised when he rose at the near post to convert David Flitcroft's 25th-minute corner. Barrow's disappointment at seeing Porter shown a red card in the final minute was compounded when he too was sent to the stands in stoppage time.
Scott was then sent off for dissent in the first period of extra time, before Barlow and Le Fondre scored.
