A BUS driver appeared at Preston Crown Court on Thursday accused of causing the death by dangerous driving of a five-year-old Bolton boy at on a car park outside Camelot Theme Park.
Brendan Smyth, aged 66, of Oxford Road, Bamber Bridge, near Preston, is charged with killing Hisamul Ulhaque, of Bridgeman Street, Daubhill.
The youngster died instantly under the wheels of the bus in April. Hisamul had been on a day out with his family. Smyth was bailed until a later date.
