Four teams took part in the finals day, with Egerton beating Eagley in the first semi-final.
Eagley were indebted to Dave Shuttleworth (40) and Chris Lord (27) for their 105-9, but Egerton lost only four wickets in passing the total, with Gary Garner ending the game on 49 not out.
Farnworth and Little Lever contested the other semi-final, which proved to be the closest game of the day.
Anthony Hilton made a half-century as Little Lever hit 143 all out, the innings coming to an end as Chris Barrow took three wickets in four balls.
Farnworth achieved their target with only two balls to spare, thanks mainly to Sunny Ahmed's 72, although it was Martin Axford who kept his nerve to steer his side home in the final over.
