A SURGERY of councillors in the Hulton ward of Bolton on Tuesday, which was advertised in the council's Bolton Scene newspaper, has been cancelled.
Cllrs Phil Ashcroft, Andy Morgan and Alan Walsh are all away on the day and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
