MORE than half of workers in the North-west want to be more productive -- but are too bogged down in dealing with day-to-day detail to fully realise their potential, according to a DTI survey.
Many said that being in control of their work-life balance was a crucial factor affecting their productivity, with almost two thirds admitting they would be more inclined to apply for a job with an employer who provided flexible working opportunities.
