FA Cup Second qualifying round: Radcliffe Boro 3 Shildon 3
RADCLIFFE face a tough replay in the North-East on Wednesday night after coming back from 2-0 down at home to a side two divisions below them.
Albany Northern League side Shildon took a shock 12th-minute lead at Stainton Park when Andy Reid fired in from a half-cleared corner, before David Richmond drilled in a second midway through the first half.
Borough drew level with two goals in three minutes just before the half-hour mark, the first from Simon Carden, the second a terrific solo goal by Richard Battersby.
It looked as though the Unibond Premier Division side's class would tell when Steve Foster converted a cross three minutes into the second half to put Borough in front.
But Reid grabbed his second in the 65th minute to equalise for Shildon.
