TWO Bolton pubs will be selling a number of foreign and award-winning beers during the Oktoberfest beer festival.
Managers at The Spinning Mule, Nelson Square, Bolton, and the Robert Shaw, Market Street, Westhoughton, have each lined up 25 beers for their Oktoberfest, which will run to Sunday, October 17.
Beers on offer at the festival -- which takes its name from the world-famous event in Munich -- include the St Georgen Brau Keller Bier from Germany and the Nethergate Old Growler -- Champion Winter Ale of Britain 2003.
Anthony Humphries, who runs The Spinning Mule, said: "The Festival will give people the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of wonderful tasting beers, including some which are not normally available in this country."
All beers will be priced from £1.09 to £1.49 a pint.
