COOKERY demonstrations and recipe ideas from around the world were just a few of the delights at the Harvey Early Years centre in Bolton.
More than 120 people visited the centre to sample the culinary feasts and learn about leading a healthy lifestyle.
Demonstrations in Tai Chi, Indian dance, the "stability ball" and armchair exercise were also held.
Children were kept entertained with a puppet show and an art class where they made bookmarks decorated with fruit.
Everyone who attended left with a booklet of healthy recipes and tips.
