WORLD Cup hero Geoff Hurst has taken part in a coaching and question and answer session with students.
The goal-scoring legend of England's 1966 World Cup was at Lowton Community Sports College, where he passed on his priceless advice to students. He had been invited to the college by Leigh soccer-playing MP Andy Burnham, who met him on a Parliamentary football trip. Mr Burnham said: "He is a really decent, approachable person who signed hundreds of autographs for students. He has promised to return for the official opening of the college."
