PLANNING bosses are expected to give the go-ahead to a six-apartment block on derelict land at Seymour Road, Bolton.
The two and three-storey building would feature six two-bedroomed apartments with five car parking spaces at the rear.
Two letters from neighbours have been received by the council objecting to the scheme on the grounds that it will damage their homes and cause them a loss of light.
But Ray Deans, a planning officer in the council's planning department, said: "The application accords with all the relevant development plan policies and approval is recommended."
It will be discussed by the planning committee next week.
