BUCK'S Babes have won the Astley Bridge Darts League Ladies Section Three by a single point.
Charlies Angels pushed them to the end but narrowly missed out on the title to finish as runners-up. The Rag Dolls are confirmed winners of Section One and also remained unbeaten. Blue Belles are the winners of Ladies Section Four.
In the Men's Sections Tonge Ward.com have won Section Two with the Bay Mare finishing a close second. Section Four sees the Top Bull as champions. Other leagues are still to be confirmed.
The Astley Bridge League is supporting the Beverley Bynoe Annual Charity Trophy being held at Halliwell Conservative Club on October 18.
All teams must send a delegate to Halliwell Conservative Club on Monday, October 11, to sign for their Winter League entry packs. They will be available from 8pm.
Will all teams, with the exception of Men Section Three and Ladies Section Two, note that all cards must be submitted before Friday, October 15, as this will be four weeks since the end of the season. If the games are found to have been played the winning team will forfeit the points from the match. If the game has not been played, both teams will receive no points.
