Chris Brownlow notched up another hat-trick and Richard Pimblett scored a fine debut try in the corner.

Under 10s third victory in a row was never in doubt when man of the match Conor Smith ran in a try in under a minute. Three tries from Rachel Thompson and individual efforts from Jamie Cloran, Thomas Wright, Shaun Markland and Tom Price left Eccles reeling. The plucky away team never gave up and scored a consolation try in the second half.

The first try for the Lions was scored by Captain Andy Newton and converted by Ben Fairhurst, followed by a quick burst over the line by Jonathon Quinn. The third try was the result of a high kick, caught by Jayden Sandford and Ben Fairhurst converted.
