NO excuses for not keeping fit this week, because there is lots going on at the University of Bolton. It's all part of the International Women's Day Festival and there is something for women of all ages and ability. There is circuit training tomorrow between 12 -1pm. If that doesnt grab you, why not learn to Salsa dance at 1.15pm? If you crave relaxation then Tai Chi (12-1pm) is for you. All classes are tomorrow at the Sports Centre of Bolton Institute and the best news of all is they are all absolutely free.
