A HIT-and-run motorist is being hunted after a van sped off from the scene of an accident.
A woman suffered neck and back injuries after her car was clipped by a white Ford Escort van outside the Blundell Arms pub in Chorley Old Road, Bolton.
Police carried out a search of the area but were unable to find the van, registration number W722 XOK, in the immediate area.
It is believed there were two men and a woman, described as being in their late teens or early 20s, in the van.
The victim, from Bolton, did not need hospital treatment.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: "We are very keen to trace the occupants of this vehicle and would urge anyone who recognises the description or witnessed the accident to come forward."
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Road Policing Unit on 0161 856 7201.
