BOLTON Men's First Team came back from two goals down to seal an important victory over Crewe Vagrants and keep up their chase for promotion.
Currently riding high in the league, Bolton looked to be dead and buried 10 minutes into the second half but Andy Chadwick scored Bolton's first goal to signal the fightback.
Skipper Martin Luke equalised then Owen Evans and veteran Chris Williams sealed the win.
The result means Bolton stay three points clear of Lytham in third, with two games to play.
The second team lost 4-1 against Crewe, with Rob Allen's effort proving only a consolation.
Damien Pearse, Rob Scarth and Matthew Simpson netted for the third team as they strolled to a 3-1 victory over Leigh. Bolton also had two goals disallowed as they dominated the contest.
It looked like the third team were strolling as they surged into a three goal lead against struggling Blackburn, but they took their foot of the pedal to allow the visitors a glimpse of a point.
Stuart Wallace opened the scoring before Matt Rimmer and Tom Nelson struck in the second half.
The points looked safe until Blackburn rallied in the last 10 minutes to score twice and set up a tight finish.
