PUPILS at a Bolton primary school have helped to organise their own music and dance show to raise money for young victims of the Asian tsunami disaster.
Youngsters from Egerton County Primary School, Cox Green Road, will perform alongside a number of former pupils of the school.
A group who are also students of the Andrea Stevens School of Dance will take part in a display themed on the Austin Powers hit film.
The concert, which takes place at 7pm on Friday, has been organised by pupil Hannah King, who will introduce the evening with her father Sam, as well as playing the violin and piano.
Mr King said: "We're trying to raise money to donate to Plan International, a charity which helps children overseas affected by the young tsunami.
"There will be several solo instrumental pieces played, alongside a dance performance, and we will also have a raffle of prizes donated by local businesses."
Admission is free, but a donation of around £2 per person is hoped for.
