BOLTON Wanderers soccer star El-Hadji Diouf has ignored strict parking laws for the second time in days.

The 24-year-old striker was booked after illegally parking his £40,000 Lincoln Navigator in a bay reserved for disabled motorists outside Piccolinos restaurant in Manchester where he had taken team mate Bruno N'Gotty for a two-hour lunch.

The incident occurred just days after Diouf - who earns £35,000 a week - enraged other motorists by leaving his car in a disabled bay near Kendals store to go shopping with a pal.

The bay was just yards away from a 570-space multi-storey car park which charges £3.50 for an hour's parking. Diouf drove off before being booked by wardens.

But on Wednesday afternoon he was caught within minutes of parking in the city's Clarence Street.

Diouf is with Bolton on a season-long loan from Liverpool. When asked about why he had parked in a disabled bay, he claimed he could not understand English very well and couldn't find a space to park.
