World Cup winner, Marcel Desailly, is aiming to take a leaf out of Fernando Hierro's book and returning to mainstream football.
The former France international is coming the end of his contract in Qatar and is considering playing in Europe again.
"I have seen the example of Fernando Hierro who continues to play in Bolton and that makes me think I could do it," he said.
