TWO breakfast seminars to be held by NW law firm Mace & Jones will provide updates on developments in property law.
The Property, Planning and Construction Review of 2004 takes place on Thursday, April 7 at the Bridgewater Hall in Manchester and on Wednesday, April 13 at the Marriott Hotel in Liverpool city centre.
Key case law and statutes from the previous 12 months will be highlighted, in areas such as, the Land Registration Act of 2002; restrictive covenants and development; letters of intent; payment under standard form contracts; insolvency as a debt collection tactic; and the first impact of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act.
The events, from 8am until 10am, include presentations by specialists Lewis Denton, Charles Tomlinson and Varun Maharaj.
