FIREFIGHTERS smashed their way inside a pub in Radcliffe to put out a blaze.
Crews were called to the Old Rams Head, in Stand Lane, at 3.10am on Wednesday, after fire broke out in a first floor bedroom. The pub was unoccupied at the time.
Firefighters say there were signs that a person had been sleeping at the pub which is not currently trading.
Police are investigating the cause of the fire but it is not believed to have been started deliberately.
