WITNESSES and victims of crime in Bolton are to benefit from a new centre which will help to provide support.
Police and the Crown Prosecution service hope the ten units throughout Greater Manchester will transform the care provided to victims and witnesses of crime and increase the numbers of people willing to testify in court.
The units will offer personalised support for victims and witnesses of crime from charge right through to sentencing.
