DOGS put their best paws forward to help raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care nurses for Bury.
The Great Daffodil Dog Walk took place at Jumbles Country Park, Turton, on Sunday afternoon. The walk was led by Billy the 10-year-old Dalmation, despite a cruciate ligagment injury.
Billy was accompanied by owner Howard Marsh, centre front row. More than 100 dogs and their owners enjoyed the five mile "walkies" around the popular beauty spot thanks to landowners United Utilities.
The walk will help to raise money for the local Marie Curie Nursing Service and each dog received a "doggy goody bag" courtesy of Nestle Petcare.
