A public meeting has been called to discuss a plan to build a windfarm in Edgworth.
Applicants Angus and Julia Dootson have lodged an appeal after their application was refused.
They want to build two 95-metre high turbines on land at Uglow Farm on Broadhead Road.
Blackburn with Darwen planners refused the application in October.
The meeting will be held at The Barlow Institute, Bolton Road, Edgworth, on Wednesday at 7.30pm.
Letters of support or objection can be sent to The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/25 Hawk Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
Three copies of any letters should quote reference number App/M2372/A/
05/1174985 and must be sent by April 5.
