POP fan Molly Morris had to look no further than her favourite band when it came to finding eggciting inspiration for a school project.
Each year St Thomas' Primary School, Brownlow Fold, holds an egg decorating competition as part of its Easter celebrations.
And 10-year-old Molly's family found it was no yolk when she suggested she base her entry this year on the band McFly.
After shelling out for materials at a craft shop and hard boiling a selection of eggs the Year Six pupil spent five days putting together her creation.
Microphone stands were sparkly pipe cleaners and the band members were given stick on eyes and drawn on faces and hair.
Molly's favourite, Danny Jones was placed centre stage flanked by Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poynter with cardboard guitars.
She even created a set of drums out bottle tops for drummer Harry Judd.
"The drums were the trickiest bit," said Molly.
Not surprisingly Molly's efforts won her the competition and the prize of a chocolate Easter egg.
