Residents have been urged to oppose the latest bid for a windfarm scheme in Edgworth.
Villagers have spent 12 months fiercely protesting against the plans to build two 95 metre turbines on land off Broadhead Moor.
They thought they had won their campaign when Blackburn with Darwen Council refused the application in October.
But now applicants Angus and Julia Dootson, who live on part of Uglow Farm, have appealed to government inspectors over that decision - and residents have until April 5 to lodge their objections.
Letters of support or objection can be sent to The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/25 Hawk Wing, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN.
Three copies of any letters should quote reference App/M2372/A/ 05/1174985.
