FORMER Wanderers player Emerson Thome, who plays for Wigan Athletic, and Gary Flitcroft, who plays for Blackburn Rovers, took part in a children's charity fashion show in aid of cancer unit at The Royal Manchester Childrens Hospital, Pendlebury.
The show was held by Meadow Hill Educational Nursery at Bolton School Arts Centre'.
Youngsters modelled clothes from Kids at Rumbaba children's wear in Bromley Cross as well as Easter Bonnets. Gloves used by Wanderers goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen, one of Jay Jay Okocha's shirts and two footballs signed by the Wanderers team were also auctioned, helping towards the £4,000 total raised.
