CAMPAIGNERS from the North-west will be in Bolton on Saturday to discuss the Third World.
The Regional Conference of the World Development Movement will meet at the Friends Meeting House, Silverwell Street. Mark Curtis who is the National Director of W.D.M. will be one of the speakers together with Carla Montemayor, an anti water-privatisation campaigner from the Philippines.
Barbara Ronson, leader of Bolton council will be one of the local speakers along with Dr Brian Iddon.
"It is some years since a W.D.M. Conference came to Bolton," said Chris Cresswell, chairperson of Bolton W.D.M.
