POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned about the welfare of a schizophrenic man who has not been seen for nearly two weeks.
Paul Andrew Walker, aged 43, from Ashton under Lyne, last spoke to his flatmate on March 22.
He told him he was visiting friends who live in the Bolton area.
Mr Walker is dependant on medication that he has not had access to since leaving home. It is believed that without medication, Mr Walker could pose a risk to the public.
He is 5ft 4ins tall, of stocky build, with short brown curly hair and is unshaven.
When he went missing he was wearing black jogging bottoms and a black coat. He speaks with a Lancashire accent.
Members of the public are advised not to approach him but to contact the police on 0161 872 5050.
