JUSSI Jaaskelainen, the longest serving of Sam Allardyce's European hopefuls, believes there is no better team than Wanderers in the Premiership - outside the top three.
Wanderers still have a realistic chance of a top four finish as they slug it out with Merseyside rivals Liverpool and Everton for the final Champions League qualification place.
And Jaaskelainen, who is just one of several Reebok regulars who have hit the peak of their form in recent weeks, says they have earned the right to be taken seriously.
"We have proved this season we have a squad good enough to compete with the best," the Finland keeper said.
"If you ignore the top three, there aren't many players who we would swap for ours."
