A MOTORCYCLIST, aged 40, is fighting for his life in hospital following a smash in Warrington.
The driver, who comes from Bolton, suffered serious injuries after being thrown from his Thundercat motorbike, near Burtonwood, after a crash with a grey Toyota Corolla near junction eight of the M62.
He was taken to Macclesfield Hospital where his condition is described as critical.
The crash happened at 8.30pm last Wednesday.
A 31-year-old Toyota driver who also comes from Bolton, was uninjured.
