PLANS are underway for the annual Turton St Anne's flower festival.
The floral arrangers are basing this year's theme for their displays on the movies and the event will take place from 10am to 8pm on July 30 and 12.30pm to 5.30pm the following day, ending with a short service of Thanksgiving.
The flower festivals have been held for the last 25 years and organisers are also looking for donations of books, bric-a-brac, preserves and prizes to raffle as well as people to bake for the refreshments stall.
