I WOULD like to offer my congratulations to Frank White on becoming Mayor of Bolton.
In the old days I used to have a ongoing argument with Frank in your paper's columns because of our differences on crime.
Frank is a fine man, a great family man, and a superb sportsman who has served his fellow townsfolk well, and deserves this honour.
Well done Frank.
