A LOCAL company has been given the chance to relocate and expand by Bolton's Town Centre Development group.
Seddon Printers, a trade print manufacturer, was situated at Kay Works on Moor Lane.
The area is about to undergo massive redevelopment, with a £35 million scheme that will transform the site into contemporary, inner-city style living.
The firm has taken this opportunity to relocate to a new 13,500 sq ft site on the Oakhill Trading state in nearby Worsley.
There are plans to grow the business turnover by 30 per cent in the next two years.
Proprietor Tony Seddon said: "As trade printers, we have seen a steady rise in our levels of manufacture and new orders over the last two years.
"By increasing our current workforce and operational hours we are perfectly positioned to achieve and maintain our planned growth.
"We have taken the redevelopment of Kay Works as the opportunity to develop and grow the business.
"I felt it was important to stay within the Bolton area as we are logistically well positioned to service all surrounding towns and cities."
Established in 1999, Seddon Printers has 25 employees and has an annual turnover of £2 million.
