GOOD on Mr Aston (Bolton Evening News, May 7), I also had my bin left by the binmen.
I saw the driver get out of the wagon and put a sticker on my bin before the binman had got to it to say that it was too heavy.
Thus it was left in the street and I had to bring it back in and take the rubbish to the tip myself.
After ringing Bolton Town Hall to ask why my bin had been left, I was told that a report from the driver would give the reason.
That was three weeks ago and I am still waiting to be told why. As for the green box to recycle things, well, that's just a joke.
The box has no lid, so it's open to cats and flies and only being collected every two weeks?
I need a skip, not a green box.
So all the rest of the rubbish will go in the bin then that will be left again, and I will go to the tip again, but the council tax will still go up and I wont be able to get a rebate for all the petrol that I will use every other week going to the tip!
