AN air show team is looking for a daredevil to "wingwalk" in front of thousands of spectators.
Organisers of the Pleasureland Southport Air Show & Military Display are searching for someone who has what it takes to be strapped on top of a biplane and flown at over 150mph on September 10 and 11.
The successful applicant will be under the protective wing of the Utterly Butterly wingwalking team. Contestants must be over 18, fit and healthy, and available for auditions on Wednesday, July 27.
Anyone wishing to apply must send their name, address, mobile phone number, date of birth and a recent photograph, and say why they want to wingwalk in no more than 25 words.
Apply to Charlie Grimley, Pleasureland Southport Air Show & Military Display, Tonge International, Balmoral Drive, Southport PR9 8PX, or email your details to charliegrimley@tonge international.com
The deadline for entries is July 6.
