ROCHDALE Harriers' annual Three-Day Event saw Horwich RMI Harrier Rob Jackson produce three stunning performances.
Rob is a three-time winner of the event and was the defending champion.
This year he finished third in the hilly six-mile road race, fourth in the equally hilly 6.5-mile multi-terrain race, and finally fourth in the demanding six-mile, 1800ft ascent, Knowle Hill Fell Race to finish fourth overall.
The overall title was won by Pumlani Bangani of Scunthorpe AC.
Rob also led Horwich to the first team prize in the Knowle Hill Race with team-mates Glyn Kay (eighth), Michael Kay (14th) and Paul Boardman (16th).
Julie Haworth was 15th (first lady) in the road race, and son Peter Haworth was 10th (first junior) in the multi-terrain race.
There were 27 finishers in the overall event.
The Bala Middle Distance Triathlon, from Penllyn Leisure Centre, Bala in North Wales saw Horwich RMI Harrier John Foulds compete as part of his preparations for an Iron Man event later this year.
This was a brand new event, hosted by Wrecsam Tri Club, extending the already well established Olympic distance triathlon course.
The event involves a swim of 2000m in Lake Bala, a 78.5k (56 miles) cycle and a 20K (13 miles) run.
This event is part of the High Five North Wales Challenge (best four of five events).
