THIRTY-one people have been charged with violent disorder in Manchester last October when England played Wales in a World Cup qualifying game.
Police from seven forces made the arrests as part of Operation Lucas which is investigating the disorder that broke out on October 9.
Trouble broke out on Market Street, Oldham Street and outside Selfridges in Manchester city centre.
Most of those charged are from the Stoke-on-Trent area reports BBC News.
