I agree totally with Mrs Partington regarding mums staying at home with their children.
When I was growing up we did not have lots of money or holidays abroad.
However, I did have meals with my family (homecooked and healthy) and help from my parents with my homework. I had a story every night before bed, but, best of all, I had my mum there to play with me, cuddle me, do something for me or tell me off when I did something wrong. I think it is about time people recognised that stay-at-home mums do have a job which is hard work, and they do not have time off.
If people did this, mums would not feel pressured into having a "real job" and our children would grow up with respect, confidence and knowing right from wrong, which would make the world a nicer place for everyone.
