BOLTON chartered accountants Jackson Stephen have strengthened their corporate finance team.
The move is a response to an increased demand for advice on buying, selling and fundraising for businesses in the North-west.
Alex Loukaides has been appointed as corporate finance manager, increasing the team to a total of ten.
Mr Loukaides joins Jackson Stephen after four years with insolvency specialists Kroll, where he qualified as a certified accountant.
Mr Loukaides said: "I am excited about the fresh challenge ahead and being able to advise business owners on a variety of planning strategies."
