In response to Tony Pearson's letter (Towns roads are a daily minefield, June 25) concerning the state of Boltons roads. I am more concerned for the safety of his pupils.
As a professional driver, he should be able to rise above minor niggles and instruct his pupils so that they will be able to do the same, so reducing road rage.
If his stress levels are that high, maybe a change of career, a holiday or a visit to the doctor is in order. If you believe you are hard done by, Mr Pearson, try driving a bus - or, better still, get a job in retail.
I have had a full licence for nearly 30 years and ride a motorcycle, but do not let myself be wound up by the things that appear to cause him so much grief.
