The Central Lancashire Cricket League imposed fines on Radcliffe and Unsworth cricket clubs at its last last committee meeting, held at Middleton Cricket Club.
Radcliffe were hit in the pocket for playing a game with ten men and missing junior result cards, while Unsworth were fined for failing to telephone results in on time.
The League also announced that a new under-15 Inter-League competition has been set up to replace the competition previously run by the Cheshire County League.
