INFLUENTIAL centre-half Gary Cahill could miss the rest of the season with Bolton Wanderers.
Cahill was forced to pull out of the game with Fulham on Saturday when he suffered from a blood clot in his arm.
The big defender has been in hospital over the weekend and although is expected to be released today, the treatment to disperse the clot means he can not play football for some time.
It is a body blow to the struggling Wanderers who saw his replacement Andy O'Brien limp out of the goalless draw at the Reebok on Saturday.
