A BOLTON man who was seriously injured when he plunged from the balcony of an apartment in Spain is back in the UK.
Lee Ramsden was in Santa Ponsa, on the south west coast of Mallorca, on Sunday, August 16, when he sustained serious injuries in a fall. It is believed he was on holiday with his girlfriend.
It is unclear how Mr Ramsden, aged 37, of St Clare Terrace, Lostock, fell from the balcony or how far he fell.
A spokesman from the Foreign Office confirmed that Mr Ramsden had been repatriated.
It is believed that he is now recovering in Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester.
