Walkden’s Craig Steadman is celebrating after winning three competitions in as many weeks.
The snooker star, who is rated as one of the best amateurs in the country, came out on top in the Birmingham Open, Bradford Open and a Pro-Am tournament in Leeds.
The success in Birmingham was pretty impressive as Steadman beat off the challenge of world top-20 players Joe Perry, Mark King, Jamie Cope and Joe Swail to lift the trophy.
Steadman is on the brink of qualifying for the main tour, and will hope to seal his place in the final PIOS qualifer in Wales at the beginning of May.
