BOLTON suffered a narrow home defeat for the second week in a row in their final league fixture of the season, adding to their 5-0 loss against Rochdale last week.
Stuart Evans finished well in the corner after a fine passing move involving the majority of the side as the teams were level after five minutes.
But West Park added a converted try 10 minutes before half time, after some strong carries from their physical pack.
Bolton continued to run well in attack in the second period, with James Kulogowski and Greg Bird producing some especially eye catching runs.
But another West Park try put the game out of reach.
With their league campaign over, Bolton now await their opponents in the Lancashire Plate.
