CALLUM Stott has been a smash hit on the schools county table tennis scene in recent weeks.
The 12-year-old Bury ace was part of the four-strong Manchester Grammar School under-13s side which won the Greater Manchester Schools team title six weeks ago.
And he followed up last weekend by winning the individual title.
Callum, of Newington Drive, now goes on to compete in the schools national finals in Doncaster in April.
He proved the class act of the individual competition, winning his two preliminary group games to reach the knockout stages at the competition in Stockport.
He then won his quarter-final and semi-final before completing victory in the final. Callum has been on the North West Development Squad in Widnes for the last 18 months and recently joined the Ramsbottom Table Tennis Academy.
