LADIES will get the chance to shop until they drop at an evening of fashion and entertainment.
Fusion 2008 promises to be a fun-packed night of music, make-up and catwalk shows to celebrate the Asian holiday of Eid and bring together the community.
The women-only event, set up by a group of girls from Bolton North College, takes place on Friday at St Joseph’s Community Centre in Hobart Street, Halliwell.
One of the event’s organiser’s, Anisha Master, aged 29, from Bolton, said: “This event is aimed at Asian ladies, although everybody is welcome. We want to get the community together."
Sak’s salon in Churchgate will be transforming the models for the show. Stylist Barry Pollard, aged 27, said: “It’s going to be a fun night. There will be food and drink and we will be putting offers on and giving vouchers out."
